Throwing away and killing patients is actually how the ghosts spawn! Throw away enough and you can even get two ghosts, that’s why I always tell my friends not to throw away fainteds unless we’re REALLY backed up

I once had a bug where this one ghost just wouldnt leave, me and my freind both kileld it like over ten times after a while, and he just never vanished. Also a quick tip: bedmonster only appear under anomalies

another tip: you can hold out a medkit for the chameleon/hiding wall guys, they'll steal it with no sanity loss and stun you briefly
