I also can't think of a single scenario where a wedding coordinator with intentionally put a family member at the vendors table unless they were explicitly told to do so. Not even in a moment of panic.

This wasn’t a last minute thing. The sister knew he was bringing the +1. Because she 100% could have put the last minute ex and gf at the vendor table if it was. She was hoping you’d understand “last minute” and not make it a big deal.
