Funny enough I had pain (still did a lot. Doctor told me no more long distance running) For 2 years in my ankle (turns out you can split tear a tendon and it might not heal right) needed surgery, only for my command to deny it last minute by not signing the leave form because they wanted me to do more training (learn how do drive a slightly different fire truck then what I already have been driving)
