Add the Poria (茯苓) and Aged Tangerine Peel (陈皮) to cold water and simmer for 15–20 minutes. Add the Apple (苹果) slices and continue simmering for 5–8 minutes. Turn off the heat, then add the White Tea (白茶), Jasmine Flowers (茉莉花), and Rose Buds (玫瑰花). Steep for 3–5 minutes. Strain and enjoy. The tea can be re-steeped 1–2 more times.
