I would like to know whether my hair loss is telogen effluvium or androgenetic alopecia. In April, I noticed that part of my hair had become thin enough that I could see my scalp, although it was not along my hairline. Around May, I started noticing increased hair shedding, and my hair gradually lost volume. It no longer feels as thick as before, and I can't style it the way I used to. The shedding has continued, and now in June it seems to be even worse. So far, I haven't noticed any signs of new hair growth or improvement, which has made me concerned about what is causing my hair loss. This situation has been very stressful for me, and it's affecting my confidence and causing me a lot of worry. Please help me understand what this might be. I'm feeling overwhelmed and would really appreciate any advice or insight on whether this sounds more like telogen effluvium or androgenetic alopecia. Thank you.

What brand other than dense do you recommend? dense shows it only has 50mg of pumpkin seed oil in it, and the studies showing it helped were taking 400mg.
