Some patients want dramatic six-pack definition, while others prefer a softer, more natural look with subtle side gutters, a gentle V-line, and mild abdominal contouring. My preference is a two-stage approach. During the tummy tuck, the priority is preserving blood supply and ensuring the incision heals properly. Once healing is complete, we can safely perform more aggressive liposuction and muscle sculpting to achieve the best possible definition. Can it be done at the same time? Absolutely. But if you're looking for the most natural, refined, and long-lasting result, two stages are often the better option. 👏
