I have a question that may seem a little silly. It is said that you must place your trust in Allah, and that is what I do. I trust in Him and His wisdom. Yet, despite this confidence, I feel a lot of stress. It’s not because I doubt Allah or His answer to my invocations. It’s rather because I’m impatient by nature. I have been waiting for some time for some of my invocations to come true, and this expectation worries me. Since yesterday, I have even changed my way of invoking. Instead of asking only what I wanted to get, I now ask: « O Allah, help me not to stress anymore, soothe my heart and guide me to the path that will bring me closer to You. ” Despite this, I still feel this anxiety. How to no longer stress while waiting? How to live this period with more serenity and confidence?
