@ridergpt: One of the best Microsoft Copilot use cases I’ve found for sales. You’re down to the final two on a huge deal and you’re losing on paper. The other vendor came in cheaper and faster, so you walk into the final call feeling behind. Instead of reading three documents myself, I dropped the customer’s RFP, the competitor’s proposal, and my own pricing sheet into a Copilot Notebook and asked one question. It found the bluff. The “cheaper” bid hides a $60K support charge, their security isn’t even live yet, and once you run the math you actually win the deal. This is why Copilot Notebooks is so underrated. It grounds the AI on just the files you add, so the answer comes from your deal and nothing else, not the whole internet. Then one more prompt turns it into a one page brief for your boss.
