We started milling our own grain we grow and selling whole grain fresh milled flour last year. Completely unsifting and 100% whole grain. We’ve tested glyphosate free as well. Our flour in stores is a serious issue. We’re just trying to help and become a resource for people. We sell wheat berries, freshly milled flour and easy & convenient dry mixes made with fresh milled flour.

This is why I created a course on how to mill flour. My great grandparents had a flour mill back in Romania but when I came to America I got sick and had to go gluten free. Once I figured out why and started milling, I was able to have flour again.
