We transferred a day 5 and a day 6. They are treated as day 5 embryos regardless at my clinic. At the date of transfer, I was 2w5d. They don’t adjust when you start progesterone before transfer with day 5, 6, or 7 embryos!

Mine dates them the same as a day 5 because it’s the same as a day 5 it’s just took 6 days. But then I ended up measuring a day ahead 🤷🏻♀️so regardless my due date ended up being the same 😂

Mine dated the same as a Day 5, but when my OB’s office inputted my transfer date, they used the date of my last cycle instead so it calculated different. They had my due date 8/18, my fertility clinic had it at 8/16 and ultimately my daughter came on 8/15, lol.

for my clinic in milwaukee, i was told one date for my due date but then was told a different date of how many days i was pregnant by a different nurse. . but in my chart my due date was right. so my thought is the nurses just arent checking dates and operating on what date they think it is and not checking the chart?

Agree with most of the comments. Mine date the same as a day 5. But when my OB inputted my transfer date in his computer, it calculated a day difference. He said it didn’t really matter either way, so I’m just going by what he has since he’s taking control the remainder of my pregnancy lol.

My clinic dated my day 6 embryo as if it were a day 5 for transfer purposes. So I transferred 5 days after starting PIO - not 6.

I had a day 6 embryo and my clinic dates them the same as day 5. My first ultrasound is tomorrow at 5w4d💛

Counted mine the same as a day five. They also said they usually induce one week early for IVF and especially IVF over 40 so I’ll likely deliver at 39 wks if it doesn’t come earlier.
