You could use some of the space for a garden center and let the kids plant seeds and take care of them.

If you switched the farm area and the campground then the camp would be under the tree and the farm would be more spacious. You could even do a little garden area around the farm.

Add a splashpad to the beach with a sand area. So there’s water to play in but nothing dangerous.

We camp near farms. Maybe move the campground to the farm area? Also, I think if things were spaced further apart to allow for play in between structures then there wouldn’t be so much dead space.

A cul de sac residential area in the corner would be really cute! Have the houses curved around a central point with some sort of play apparatus in the middle

Maybe put a tyke town park in the middle to fill some space. Grass, bushes, space for a picnic, etc…

I would switch the whole one side and have the castle closer by the fairy tree since they both are whimsical/ storybook like. Then the campground would be closer to the farm area and airport.

im not considering the expense here cause i have no idea but a little fish pond would take up some good space and thematic in the right spot, i loved my aunts when i was a kid

the airport would be cute near area 51 & the farm on the opposite side of town like youre going through the woods then the country then town then the airport then space. ive followed along for a lot of this project & cant wait to see it complete! 💕

Use solar lights to make a long airport landing strip, the kids can run up and down it. Uses a lot of the space up in a good way

What if you left a little section of road unfinished and got a few construction toys so the children could pretend to”build” Tike Town also 😊

You might need a small loop in “town” if you’re going to put the school/firehouse back to back for the 🏀 court. The kiddos would want to park at each house and go around the corner to run errands.

the first thing that comes to my mind is the barn should be at the end of the loop where the goat pasture will be! and definitely spread out main street

I feel like if we are outside of town the campground should be over by the space area too! I feel like that kinda gives it a Nevada, Route 66, RV Park, roadtrip vibe 😁

I literally thought of this just now , how every town has a like a creepy or haunted house , it would be so cute like towards the apothecary maybe it can be called the “the witches house” maybe like a Hansel and Gretel candy house ? You can also add little solar lanterns on the front !
