@kolainebeautylounge: Another amazing client travelled all the way from Chesterfield today to have her xanthelasma treated, and honestly, I never take that for granted. 💛 To think that people travel from all over the UK (and sometimes even from overseas!) to trust me with their treatment is something I feel incredibly honoured by. It’s such a privilege and something I’ll always be grateful for. Xanthelasma are cholesterol-rich deposits that develop around the eyelids. Although they’re harmless, they can become quite prominent and many clients choose to have them reduced for cosmetic reasons. Using advanced electrolysis, I’m able to precisely treat the affected tissue while preserving the surrounding skin. Most clients can expect a small scab to form, with healing taking around 10–14 days. Pinkness is completely normal and can take several weeks to settle, with the final result continuing to improve over the following months. Depending on the size and depth, some clients may require more than one treatment to achieve their desired outcome. After more than 20 years in the industry, I now not only perform these treatments but also teach qualified practitioners how to safely and effectively carry them out through my training academy ran in association with the Jane Bryan training academy and my Blemish Pro membership, where I support advanced electrologists from around the world.
