@courageunlocked: The comments on my last video were… interesting. 😅 Apparently teachers are “overpaid,” “don’t work that hard,” and “aren’t worth more.” And that got me thinking… If teachers really aren’t valuable… Why do you trust them with your kids for 7-8 hours a day? Why do we expect them to educate, encourage, manage behaviors, communicate with families, and help shape the next generation? You don’t have to think teachers deserve six-figure salaries. Reasonable people can disagree on that. But it’s hard to argue they don’t have an important job. I spent 18 years in public education. I know how rewarding it can be. I also know how emotionally draining it can be. That’s exactly why I started building another income stream—not because I hated teaching, but because I wanted more options for my family. You don’t have to agree with my choice.
