Just wanted to say lots of my friends think their ac is broken and they just need refrigerant. It’s expensive but usually $50 or less. Better than taking the car in somewhere

Shouldn’t be that expensive to fix tbr.. you could just need refrigerant if it’s blowing air but not cool air.. if it’s struggling to blow air there’s something restricting it and that’s also an easy fix.. bring it to your local mechanic before you cause more issues😭

I used to keep a hammer in my car (had over 300k miles) and would have to tap the compressor 😂 just a little tap tap tap and it would fire right up.

that mostly sounds like a fan motor blower. which can be cheaper to repair and depending on your car an easy enough self repair.

It may just need to be recharged. You can get that at the auto parts store and do it yourself. There’s videos online good luck girlie stay cool.

get your blower motor replaced. fixed my ac right away. a good mechanic can also charge your ac for relatively cheap. he would have to assess the issue first though.
