It could being in the pool in the sun. Was it hot where you are? You could have been dehydrated. But a heart check might ease your mind.

it sounds like auto-immune. have your doctor check your ANA (bloodwoork). then if its positive go see a rhuematologist. I have 3 autoimmune diseases & Fibromyalgia and I'm only 45. a trip to the grocery story knocks me off my feet for 3 days. 😬 hope you get to feeling better.

I have arthritis everywhere so sometimes just getting out of bed sometimes is hard. Recently my doctor prescribed Cymbalta which is helping.

I’m 68 years old when I get up in the mornings I feel like Frankenstein I mean my arthritis hurts. I know overweight 120 pounds but my arthritis until I get going in the morning I feel l bad but once I get together, you know I’m OK but no I don’t feel good and when I’ve had a busy busy day I come home and get me a nap. Good luck I’m gonna have you on my prayer list.
