Mercury is in retrograde though, not the moon? The outer planets go into retrograde for months at a time it'd be so impractical to avoid moon water the entire time

People said this about the blood moon and eclipse too since when did we stop using our resources?? It is perfectly fine to make moon water with the strawberry moon with having the intention of the moons energy only if you decide you don’t want mercury’s energy in it.
