been drinking dandelion wine since well before I was legal every summer.

In sweden it was popular to brew maskrosvin (a sort dandelion wine or brandy maby, sorry english isnt my first lamguage) but it was outlawed in 1978 then it was sort of leagal again in 1994. Never really became popular again tho

Just got my starter kit and started my first batch. I only had about 2 1/2 lbs of honey, can I add more after I've added the yeast to increase the ABV? Or is it too late?

I recently did a dandelion mead myself! Added a little lemon… it was terrible at first. After about a year of aging it’s actually really good!
