I heard you have to take it for 2 weeks, then stop for a couple of weeks, then take it again… and you have to take it with each meal, either breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner 🤔 ..what you feel is like taking iron pills 😝

This past Saturday my visitor came too and I have never experienced cramps so badly I almost called 911. Like I’m used to throwing up from them but I started taking those same pills on Friday. Took two with food like it said yesterday and I’ve been throwing up all morning today
