Omg the noise. I’m a pretty patient and tolerant neighbor, but the constant sound of bouncing and impacting pickleballs would rive me nuts. I do try to enjoy the outside of my property without constant noise.

As someone who plays a LOT of pickleball: look into doing a cushioned court. You can do this with layers of Acrylic & Rubber. It’s not super noticeable and plays just like a regular court but will 100% be better on your joints and knees. All the high end courts are using this now. Ben John’s recently put out a video saying how he won’t play on anything else!

Listen, would i have preferred a pool? Yes of course. Do I play pickle ball? Don't even know the rules so most certainly not. Do I support your decisions you're making on YOUR property? Hell freaking yes.❤️I also feel like there's a world in which you can use that surface for other things down the line. Throw up a tent and it'd make a fantastic event/wedding venue!

You need to go with seal master and they help you with everything resurfacing!!! They helped us last summer with tips and tricks!

Second generation concrete finisher. Please do not paint it! It would require a moister barrier under the concrete. Second pickle ball/ tennis courts are coated with poly urethane not paint
