Here’s I ideas stay home and watch your own kids and offer to watch a couple other kids and save yourself the money you were paying on gas and daycare cost , and make up the difference on the ones you watch , simple things

Consider starting your own daycare. My wife did it when our kids were 1 year old. She got licensed and took CPR classes and we modified our house, added a fence around our 1 acre property, put child prevention locks on cabinets, etc. we charged just enough to replace her income. Most daycare were charging $225 a week, we charged $100 a week per child and $125 for infants when our daughters got older. She took them to the library, parks, puppet shows. The neighborhood families loved it! She did that until the kids went to middle school. Those daycare kids are still like family to us! The friendships remain close to this day!

My property taxes just went up again. I didn't budget that when I paid my house off. I would be paying more on property taxes, and I paid for my house payment.

My wife ran a daycare out of our home. She hired another friend so they could take more infants (they charged fore for infants and they slept and ate)
