Hey, just a note on your research: incase you’re not, you should include probation officers and COs in your sample data, particularly POs that worth with juveniles. Read up on some of the things that have come out about LA County probation in the last 3 years (particularly juvenile)… basically don’t leave POs and Corrextional officers out of your numbers, they are sworn officers and in the same unions
