@cmor.fit: My training has gotten WAY better this past half year for 3 big reasons I’d say, carbs, hydration, and just generally upping my activity. Eating as many carbs as possible (within my allotted calories) and eating most of them around training has been HUGE. Hydration as well, but not just by chugging water, actually getting enough electrolytes instead of just slamming water. And lastly just being more active by getting steps throughout the day (walking pad at desk is a cheat code) as well as digestion walks after every meal to stay flat and prevent bloating really helps with aesthetics. Also the addition of cream of rice is goated, hate will not be tolerated #shredded #gym #aesthetics
