I don't think it should be a spray glove but rather a liquid based glove you dip your hands in for 15 seconds.

While this sounds like a great idea, in theory, gloves are meant to protect your hands or used to act as a barrier between your hands and another product person or liquid, possibly bodily, the fact that they need another person to remove them is big a flaw

I’m an aircraft mechanic. There are plenty of times we are dealing with very tiny parts that require a lot of dexterity and fine motor skills that normal nitrile gloves get in the way of. This would do numbers.

it's an interesting idea, but it needs to be more durable and remove in one piece for it to compete with standard disposable gloves. additionally it would need to be both water, oil, and solvent resistant

Actual question, how can you be sure of complete coverage with it being transparent? You should tint the liquid a color so you can verify that there aren’t any gaps.
