My husband likes to tell me what he has wrong like I started a competition when I start to explain what’s going on with me. That’s why I don’t talk about it…… the thing is he always tells me everything that he has going on and he doesn’t go to the doctor. So…. Yay

Tell my husband AND my doctor!!! My Doctor said it was IMPOSSIBLE for me to be in full blown menopause at 47 (after telling me well you're at that age for literally EVERYTHING for 5 years). I got prescribed anti-depressants, insomnia meds, anti-PSYCOTICS, tested for Lupus, and my lack of menstrual cycle was blamed on "working out too hard".

im 54. I'm there. profusely sweating at 3 am when it's 73 in the house. nerve pain shooting all over at weird intervals in weird places

I feel like I'm locked in a room alone watching through the window and seeing everyone live their lives. My clothes don't fit but it's because I've lost so much weight unintentionally. I'm never hungry and when I try to eat it's like my body is telling me to not do that. I can't think of words when I'm trying to say something. I think that's the worse symptom. It's humiliating.

My family constantly picks on me for being so forgetful and stumbling over my words. I just laugh with them so they don't see how much it bothers me. I had to quit school because I couldn't focus or remember anything. I'm at the point that I feel like a waste of space.

I literally feel soooo dumb sometimes and it's heartbreakingly painful. I used to not be like this. and ALL the other parts.

I get hot flashes in the middle of the day, that sometimes literally make me vomit. Then I grab an ice pack, for the back of my neck, and feel much better. It it’s such a pain in the 🫏
