mental health is so important........ im not sure what state you live in but there is help & psychiatrist everywhere in the U.S. ...... weather, you have insurance or not, You can get help ....... If you're not sure how you can walk into any local emergency room and they will set you up with the help that you need .......... we all need help from time to time and it's nothing to be ashamed of ........you will feel so much better once you begin to get help you need ........
