I’ve had so many seasons in my life where I felt like I couldn’t hear from God and through those times I’ve learned that God never leaves our side. He is omnipresent, he is always with us. You can’t go anywhere and God is not there. You may think he’s silent , but it’s just the noise is loud.so what do you do in these times ? What helped me: 1. Be still- We get so caught up with work,kids,partners,etc. that we don’t make time to sit with God and just be in his presence. 2. Limit my screen time- We can sometimes get so caught up in scrolling and looking at what others have and try to compare it to ourselves and then we start feeling like we’re behind and now your trying to figure out how can you get what they have over night. When you have no idea what that person went through to get it or if it’s even real. Remember social media can be misleading sometimes 3. Spend more time PRAYING- This one really hits the nail on the head. When I pray more I feel closer to God. In order to hear from him you have to speak to him and spend time with him. If you’re in a season where you feel like you’re not hearing from God my prayer is that he increases and you decrease. I pray the noise quiets down and his voice gets louder. #Fitness #gym #gymgirls #womenshealth #fit
