i know this is traumatizing to see, but it is not the hotels fault. there were signs at the beach to caution guests. hotels have no control over wild animals.

Sign or no sign it’s the ocean ! What you expect the hotel to keep away wild animals ? It’s a risk you take when going to any place with wild animals .
