It depends on the situation...that order had a bunch of baby stuff and was already tipping well, so yes id give them the card. But orders with hella heavy stuff and small or no tip, no way, the gc is the tip atp. There is nothing in the dd rules specifically that talk about this, and as you stated, there are ZERO instructions on how to handle it. If you delivered what they ordered, you fulfilled your contract.
