In the beautiful Garden of Eden, God gave Adam and Eve everything they needed and only one command: they must not eat from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. But the serpent deceived Eve, causing her to question God's word. She ate the forbidden fruit and gave some to Adam, who also ate. In that moment, sin entered the world. Their eyes were opened, fear replaced innocence, and they hid from God. As a result of their disobedience, they were sent out of the Garden of Eden, while cherubim with a flaming sword guarded the way to the Tree of Life.
