I’m 37 and all my coworkers in their late twenties think I’m their age… skincare, sunscreen, hydration, don’t have kids, eat good, don’t drink too much, don’t smoke, and don’t gain a lot of weight, take care of your teeth and you’ll look good for a lot longer than you think.
