This is the worst thing I have ever gone through. I have held my ex on a pedestal for over a year with little evidence he likes me back, actually there’s evidence he doesn’t want me at all but I keep coming back because i literally think he’s secretly in love with me. It’s extremely painful my whole mood revolves around them. It’s like when he’s not in my life I need him to keep living but when he’s in my life I’m in constant pain because I constantly think he’s leaving.

I’m a devaluation girlie, but on some level I kind of have limerence-like tendencies. On top of BPD I also have reactive attachment disorder which I think plays more of a role than limerence. I have a general dislike for all people so when I do get a little attached I blame it on the RAD, especially since my go to in a split is devaluation but I definitely can understand the pain in it
