Can i just say that protein bars are a bad idea for you. Protein bars and protein drinks are only meant for people actively building muscle. I eat them so I don’t have to intake an insane amount of food in order to get my protein intake in when I’m bulking. You should be eating for volume. That bar is 150 calories for 17 grams of protein in a 40 gram bar. You could eat 100 grams of chicken breast and get 30 grams of protein for the same 150 calories. You’d feel fuller for longer and be eating more food
