This one’s for you & packs 53g of protein 🍝 so easy and super filling Chicken bacon ranch pasta 53g protein | 460 calories Ingredients: 2oz protein pasta 4.5oz chicken breast Sauce: 1/2C cottage cheese (I used 2%) 1/2C plain nonfat Greek yogurt 1/8C ranch seasoning 1 1/4C chicken bone broth 1/2C milk 1/8C light ranch Season with onion, garlic, S&P. Cherry tomatoes Frozen broccoli 15g mozzarella 1 tbsp bacon bits Pour 3/4 cup into each dish - make sure pasta is covered! Top it with tomatoes, broccoli, mozzarella, & bacon bits. Cover with tin foil & bake in the oven at 375 for for 35-45mins, uncover and bake for a few more mins if leftover liquid.
