@equestrianstrong: F man today was rough. Tony’s upstate till tomorrow and his phones broken so I’ve barely been able to talk to him. Carters with his dad. I spent a good amount of time on the phone with my dad yesterday and that helped. And I had therapy today and I thought that helped but I got home tonight and I just couldn’t do anything more like all of a sudden I just mentally shut down. I feel so lonely. I hate this feeling.
