How do you serve it, a large spoon? I mean the cake is nit cubes it might be hard to scoop?

Looks great and tasty. But many cooks add liqueur or sherry and jello to this. I do not like it with jello but for additional flavor I spread jam on the cake layers. The possibilities are endless. Try marmalade and Grand Marnier for example.
