You need a list of guest expectations. For example: Each group of guests needs to strip their bed, empty any garbage, dishes done and put away, fridge emptied, deck chairs put back, floors swept, boats put away, life jackets hung up and any water toys put away.

If the new bathroom will be used mostly by your mother, I would install grab bars with large suction cups for her by the toilet and in the shower, and also a raised toilet seat. These will be removable, but as she gets older, she'll increasingly need to pull herself up or hold onto the toilet or in the shower for support. It looks great, by the way!💪love the colours-the look so authentical, but modern at the same time🥰🥰

They make a dbl ring toilet seat, the smaller ring is meant for children, but it could work well for your mom as well as kids.

I loved your work. Remember to put a support bar on the wall next to the toilet for your mom. In case she needs support when she does not feel steady or need support to get up or sit down.
