Think “exhale + controlled core engagement” on the push, then fully relax between contractions, so your pelvic floor can open again. ➡️ #3: Move with the baby’s descent. Rock, shift, or lean forward if that feels better. Movement helps the baby navigate the pelvis more effectively than staying still. ➡️ #4: Slow the head, don’t force it out.
