One thing too, Brazilian pizza is heavier and the dough is not a bread dough. So it’s meant for knife and fork. It also rarely has tomato sauce, you’re meant to put condiments on it like ketchup and mayo!

That’s not mayo on that side of the pizza, that’s a special type of cheese spread called “catupiri” it’s like our “cheddar cheese” that we put all over things lol.
