That is the original bumbo seat which isn’t recommended anymore. They recommend the new bumbo multi seat or the upseat. It is safer for their posture. Target sells the upseat core which is a simplified version of the regular upseat

As a mom with an almost 5 month old we nothing on this list. 4mo is not ready for any food especially cereals 🤦♀️and the soaps have harmful fragrances. The bumbo is horrible for their hips. When we start food we will use stainless steel, a high chair with a 90/90/90 sitting arrangement and a foot rest to help with choking. And all soaps are fragrances free.

As a mom to a 4 month old, you’re doing great mama, ignore the comments 🫶🏻! My son loves bamboo pajamas as well he is a very hot sleeper. Aveeno is a very highly rated brand, yes it has fragrances, but if baby doesn’t have reactions then that is 100% safe to use. I have heard that the bumbo seat could be bad for babies hips, from what I’ve researched I would recommend the up seat for now and the skip hop activity center at 6 months! 💕 I see you have three children, so do what works for you as you are obviously experienced!

I’m a first time mom and I don’t see anything wrong with what you’re doing, everyone does things differently and that’s okay, everyone uses different brands, like I personally like the mustela brand because it gives the new baby smell, and some moms don’t, but I do think it’s wrong for mothers to try to judge other mothers! Also my baby is also 4 months and she’s starting to eat as well, remember all babies are different!! Some eat later on , some eat at 4 months, it’s the same as walking <3
