do you know anything about scalp microbiome & healing malessezia? i’m working on gut health as i’ve taken countless antibiotics throughout my life (last was 12 years ago tho) & i feel like there’s a connection with my scalp. idk what else to do but trying to restore the healthy microbes with kefir, meat stock, & ferments

I am so happy I found you. It has literally brought tears to my eyes. I am struggling with multiple autoimmune issues and have flared severely the last year. I felt like I lost my momentum & sense of purpose. But this has been the biggest spiritual lesson for me. A lot of people don’t like to see chronic illness that way but it’s the truth. During my most recent hospitalization I had this revelation that I needed to pursue a degree in biochemistry & molecular biology 🥹 & eventually reach the PhD level to contribute to research. Having your videos in front of me has inspired me even more. Thank you 🙏🏼 you are so special

Sometimes I wonder how much deeper do I have to go. Having a low day where things are not getting better and have looked/changed so many things in my life. Just feeling defeated. I’m sure you felt this way too in your journey?
