Explain to me why I know this? how I even came to this very comprehension & where 🤷🏽‍♀️is all this information logically coming from? How did you get to know this? Because I can promise everyone I’ve never read or learned anything about this, Sometimes/Most times really I just can’t trace the origin of source; How I came to know things with in-depth knowledge & comprehension. Tell me why I received this exact vision of me & it was kinda weird how it suggests this to me as go back to your natural state, be that one with nature, study nature, take form of it’s disciplines😳, gauge your core, feel & listen to natures frequency, breathe in & out comfortably in accordance to natures vibration( I can’t explain that part i guess it’s supposed to naturally occur) and allow your body mind and soul to be fully focal feel the air coming in see it travel through chest ways to your brain hold it breathe out in tune with nature’s vibrations. explain to me why my core would randomly just engage pressing down especially when I’m sitting down lately. I can now see realities unfolding in different places like🤯🥺I thought such versions were only possible through dreams!
