I enjoy chomps too, but I try to be mindful not to eat processed meat regularly bc it’s a major carcinogen 😭 these days I try to meal-prep healthy snacks as much as possible to limit my consumption of processed foods (although it’s always good to have some pantry snacks on hand!)
