It’s so crazy cause Gen Z is such a wide spectrum. Gen Z is 29 and 14 years old. So it’s like. Of course they are gonna say I’ll tell my mom if they’re a teenager. Any Gen Z who’s came into my clinic has paid it themselves and done it by themselves unless they are a teenager still

Millennial: I used to always just put it in my phone's calendar, until one time I did and then got to the appointment and they claimed it was an hour later. From then on I asked for the written card as well. I then showed up to my next appointment with that card. Somehow they thought they'd tell me I was there at the wrong time. I pulled that card out so fast to show them what they themselves wrote down. Now any appointments I either get the hand written card or I make sure to get a confirmation text/email with the date and time of the appointment....I bring the receipts.
