I get tingling and itchy in my mouth if I eat the outside of kiwis but if I’m careful and take sure not to get the outside on the parts I eat, should I stop eating kiwis? ☹️☹️☹️

I’m allergic to tree nuts, coconut makes me itch and gives me the worst headache, pistachios are more severe and require an EpiPen. I’m shocked she ate two knowing she was allergic 😬

I have a Q about coconut-I was tested to see if I had an allergy to it and it came back, no allergy. I have no issues with coconut milk or coconut oil but shredded coconut causes many canker sores-any idea why this happens? 🌴 🥥

I have a mild nut allergy, I think its walnuts, learned this when I made an off hand comment about my mouth being itchy. I still eat them and other nuts but in VERY small amounts.

Curious about the alcohol factor. I don't have an issue with eating wheat products, or drinking non-wheat alcohol--but I throw up 100% of the time whenever I have any alcohol containing gluten!

I had a reaction to a penicillin type drug in the ER, and the itching was honestly like nothing I've ever felt before in my life.. the Dr saying most people aren't truly allergic, you'll be fine..😵💫 I infact was not fine and covered in hives.
