The person who keeps checking their bank balance with that knot of anxiety is confirming they do not feel secure. The person who keeps refreshing for any sign their manifestation is moving is confirming they do not believe it is done. The checking itself is the broadcast. Needing proof of something signals its absence, and that absence does not float in the air, it lives inside your identity. Identity is the language reality reads and reflects back, so as long as the lack lives in who you are being, lack is what keeps showing up. And here is the part that actually frees you. The answer was never to white knuckle your way into checking less through sheer discipline. That still keeps your attention fixed on the thing you are trying not to look at. The real shift is to already know it before the outer world has any chance to verify it, to become so settled in the having that you stop asking appearances for permission to feel it. If it were truly real to you on the inside, you would not need the 3D to confirm it for you.
