Garlic Butter Chicken Parm Folded Wrap This was unreal 🤭 Crispy golden parm chicken, a herby tomato sauce, loads of gooey cheese, garlic mayo, all tucked into a golden, crispy garlic butter wrap.  Add to your favourites for later 📌 Ingredients (serves 2):  2 x 120g chicken breasts flattened  1 tsp garlic granules 1 tsp Italian seasoning ½ tsp smoked paprika Salt  Black pepper  1 small egg whisked  20g panko breadcrumbs  5g finely grated grated parmesan  Tomato sauce 150g passata ½ tsp garlic granules ½ tsp oregano ½ tsp granulated sweetener  Salt Black pepper To assemble: 2 large tortillas 60g mozzarella grated (can use less for lower cal) 
10g finely grated parmesan  10g lighter butter spread melted ½ tsp chopped garlic 
1  sprigs of parsley chopped  Garlic mayo: 50g lighter mayo  ½ tsp chopped garlic  1 tsp lemon juice 💕Season the chicken with the ingredients listed. Dip into the egg, then coat in the panko mixed with the parmesan, pressing it on so it sticks well. 💕Cook in the air fryer at 190°C for 12-14 minutes until crispy and cooked through. Or oven cook for 20-25 mins at 200°C.  💕Add the tomato sauce ingredients to a pan and simmer for 5-10 minutes until slightly thickened. 💕Mix together all the garlic mayo ingredients with salt & pepper. 💕Once the chicken is cooked, let it sit for a minute, then slice into strips. 💕Mix the melted butter with the garlic and parsley. 💕Cut a slit from the centre of each tortilla down to the edge. In bottom left add mozzarella, then sliced chicken, tomato sauce & remaining Parmesan and in bottom right garlic mayo.  💕 Fold each section over to create a triangle.  💕Cook the wraps in a dry pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden, crisp and the cheese has melted inside. 💕Once toasted, brush over the garlic butter while still hot so it soaks in.
