Hi!! I'm Kami and I'm 15 years old. I've been very passionate about writing ever since I can remember. As I was growing up I've experienced panic attacks, anxiety, emetophobia, cyber bullying. Because I've always felt very misunderstood, I decided to start writing stories about it. But it's getting a bit repetitive always writing about myself. I would love to hear your stories and mental health diagnosis, of course, only if you're fine with sharing them, so I can show mental health to people in a very unique way. I think it would be great if even totally healthy people could understand the way we see the world and maybe see our actions a bit differently then. literally one time my mom asked me why I cried when she caught me and forced me to talk because it's not usually like me to cry like that. (I was overwhelmed and tired with everything—group activities, pressure, and academics). She kept being aggressive about it, shouting at me to tell her what was going on, but I couldn't say anything. I wanted to tell her it's nothing and that I'm just tired but my mouth wouldn't move. whenever I tried to talk, my voice trembled and my hands kept shaking and was starting to get numb. it's my first time experiencing that, I had no escape from my mom's constant persuasion on telling me to open up while I just sat there crying and couldn't speak. I really have no idea why my body reacted like that—the numbness and the trembling in my voice and hands. In the end my mom gave up because I refused to talk(because I couldn't bring myself too). I've always hated being vulnerable. has anyone experienced the same thing?

i prefer in school than in home home is hell in school i laugh sm i do funny things and i mess around and if i get scolded they will let me explain unlike here explaning is talking back and in school no one jas favoritism but in home lots of favoritism
