The first message you read clearly says it’s a word device. Of course they track those phones, they paid for it and want to make sure they are not stolen. If there is no activity for a month, they protect their data and erase it. Now, the other messages are not on a work device. I would never install ANY work app or email on my personal device. If you want me to access it, get me a phone and pay the bill.

my current in home care company (that im leaving this week 🥰) makes us download TigerConnect for messaging and we have to use our personal phones to clock in/out etc. only managers have company phones.

there's a difference between company phone tracking and app tracking. they install extra corporate apps/programs. if you ever look into Google they have a family tracking setup, corporations use a commercial Google account for this.
