sometimes i will put off replying if i know its going to be a full conversation not because i dont xare just because i dont wanna drop out mid convo or be distracted while working. if theyre posting on their story its entirely possible their in the middle of something and are taking a short break or are actively engaged in it. using social media activity as a gauge of someone being able to reply is dumb.

thank you for this! I have been single 6 years and have been exclusively seeing a man for a while now. I feel like my anxious attachment is sabotaging things for me but your content helped me so much in grounding myself and showing up better. I probably still have jitters and some more adjusting to do since I have been off the dating pool for a long time but hopefully everything works well for me!

I had to mute him so I won't see him online. it helped tremendously. I do obsess and he isn't the best at communicating, but he does SO much and I have to focus on his positive effort.

if they're online and they don't text you, they were simply talking to someone else. You don't have to be your partner's number 1 priority every second of their life, they're allowed to have friends or work commitments and focus on that and not on you at a given time

I removed the guy I was seeing from social media awhile ago when we stopped talking. He contacted my number and now we’re seeing each other again, but I have no interest in adding him on any apps again. It’s way more peaceful this way

Dating someone who helps me feel so secure that I noticed he was online recently and hadn’t texted back yet and I realized I didn’t care. Because he helps me feel so secure, but also I know I’ve done a lot of the work. He just doesn’t trigger my nervous system. It is no mystery how he feels for me.

And just ask him. I was like this and he told me he just doesn’t like to text during work and sometimes just wants to scroll and not feel pressured to have conversations or he just wants to talk to his work buddies and scroll. It does not mean he’s ignoring you. I find it helps to deactivate online activity so you can’t see when he is active.

I think an important thing is to know that some people text intentional and not between other things. But also that because we are dating someone we don't have the right to take all theyre time. But to get there you first should look at yourself and aks the question: what is it in me that i need this so much? Ive learned to collect data/information. What do i know as true and what story does my past tell me?

Also do people not understanding the phone is not perfect. It shows your mind when you’re not. And depending on what he’s doing or doing it is a good chance he is alive but can’t do anything or he’s doing something important with someone that he cannot talk to you. If you’ve been told they won’t be able to reach out to you it should be raised behind that as they give you the reason it should be pretty simple on why they’re online or trying to be online

he hasn’t watched anything I’ve sent this week and or replied much this week at all lol and honestly IDGAF for some reason 😂 I just had another dance party and sent him videos of me enjoying myself. I know when he gets to it he will reply and love it. Just wanted to share my silly goofy playful self l! Of course he wants meee! Duhhh. It’s crazy how much I’d care and feel rejected.
