car guy here, genuine question, dont cone at me I just dont know. what ifms the purpose of this? ive seen it a bunch but I drive street cars so I dont know. seems like youre removing material to turn them into a kind of hybrid paddle, how thick is that tire actually because that makes me not feel good?
